The Opportunity
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will work closely with Directors within their city-based offices, benefiting from genuine mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to a broad and diverse client base spanning Central London and select Home Counties. Our client has developed multiple grads over the years and offers a 100% pass rate proving their training is the best the market has to offer.
You will gain experience across the full spectrum of commercial property services, including:
- Commercial Valuations
- Business Rates
- Acquisitions & Disposals
- Lease Consultancy (L&T)
- Building Consultancy
- Dilapidations
- Asset & Investment Management
