Salary: Β£55,000 - Β£85,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a commercially focused Lease Advisory Surveyor to join a growing landlord & tenant team. This is a key role created due to an internal move and continued team expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on rent reviews, lease renewals, and third-party referrals
- Working across industrial and office assets
- Providing strategic advice to landlords, funds, and occupiers
- Delivering high-quality client service across Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent
Candidate Profile
- Currently working in a commercial landlord & tenant role
- Ideally from a mid-sized or national landlord & tenant team
- Strong knowledge of Greater London, Herts, Essex, and Kent markets
- Comfortable acting for landlords, funds, or tenants
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (APC-level candidates will not be considered)
- Confident communicator with proven negotiation skills
