Non-permanent talent solutions are now a critical strategic growth pillar for tml Partners and the wider Group. As businesses increasingly seek agility, speed and specialist expertise, demand for interim, fractional and outsourced commercial talent continues to accelerate across both enterprise and high-growth environments. To be able to support the demand, we’re growing our non-permanent talent solutions team. We’re looking for an Interim Delivery Consultant to build a network of interim and fractional marketing and commercial professionals.
Role responsibilities include:
- Interim talent delivery across marketing, communications, sales, product, digital and RevOps functions
- Partner with the wider team to understand interim hiring needs and deliver high calibre shortlists at pace
- Proactively identify and engage with proven interims and fractional commercial and marketing leaders
- Ensure talent pools remain highly engaged by nurturing long term relationships
- Coordinate contracts, compliance documentation and assignment administration
To be relevant for this role you will have experience working in recruitment or executive search, with a proven track record for building strong relationships. You’ll be a confident communicator, with an ability to manage multiple priorities at any time. Given the nature of pace required in interim recruitment, you’ll be proactive and delivery focused, with a naturally solutions orientated approach. You’ll also have experience working with organisations with a range of ownership structures; PE backed, listed and privately owned. An interest in marketing and sales is desirable.
