Reporting directly to the CMO, the company is looking for a Global Senior Director of Brand Marketing to drive this critical brand evolution. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic brand expert who thrives in complex, global environments. Sitting at the heart of an ambitious transformation, this role is about more than just brand management—it’s about shaping a brand that will define the organisation’s future.
The focus of this role is to own and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all markets and business units. The Senior Director of Brand Marketing will be responsible for embedding a cohesive brand identity, leading high-profile brand initiatives, and overseeing global brand governance. Working closely with the CMO, CEO, and CPO, this individual will ensure the brand is fully integrated across all customer and employee touchpoints. Additionally, they will drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development, lead brand integration efforts following acquisitions, and oversee the execution of high-impact brand experiences. With a strong digital-first approach, they will play a key role in modernising the brand for a rapidly evolving marketplace.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading global brand strategy within large B2B complex matrix organisations.
