Berkshire/Thames Valley/West London / Hybrid (1–2 days in office). We’re partnering with a globally recognised consumer wellness business with a heritage spanning more than 100 years. Operating across 50+ international markets, the company is currently going through an exciting transformation journey, combining the strength and trust of an established household brand with the pace and agility of a modern growth business. Backed by significant investment and led by an experienced international leadership team, the organisation is evolving its global marketing capabilities and building a more connected, consumer‑focused communications function across Europe and APAC.
As part of this journey, they are looking to hire an Integrated Media & Connections Lead to play a key role in bridging global strategy with local market execution across key European markets including the UK, France, Germany and Italy. The role will report into a Global Media Director with a dotted line into a European Marketing Director.
The Opportunity
This is a highly collaborative and visible role sitting within the Global Communications function. You’ll work across brand, media, content, analytics and market activation, ensuring integrated campaigns are effectively planned, connected and delivered across paid, owned and earned channels. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in fast‑paced and evolving environments and who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex international marketing programmes.
You’ll partner closely with:
- Regional Marketing Directors
- Local market teams
- Creative and media agencies
- Analytics and performance teams
This is not a pure media planning role or a traditional brand role. It’s a true connections planning position focused on ensuring all moving parts of a campaign work together effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated communications planning across paid, owned and earned channels
- Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable communications strategies
- Connect creative, media, content and channel planning into cohesive campaign delivery
- Manage and challenge agency partners across creative and media
- Ensure campaigns are effectively executed across multiple European markets
- Coordinate campaign calendars, asset delivery and go‑live planning
- Act as the bridge between global strategy and local market activation
- Partner with analytics and performance teams to optimise campaigns in flight
- Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple internal teams and external partners
- Ensure creative output is suitable across channels and market requirements
- Support the development of new processes, planning frameworks and ways of working
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for commercially minded, collaborative and proactive marketing professionals who combine strategic thinking with strong delivery capability. This is a hands‑on role within a lean, evolving marketing organisation, where you’ll be integral to shaping processes, driving innovation and delivering tangible results.
You’ll likely bring experience from:
- FMCG or consumer brands
- Integrated communications planning
- Global or regional marketing organisations
- Connections planning or communications planning environments
Key experience includes:
- Strong understanding of media, content and integrated communications
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ability to connect creative and media planning effectively
- Multi‑market or international campaign experience
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast‑moving and evolving environments
- Strong campaign delivery and project management capability
- Experience across digital, social, ecommerce and omnichannel campaigns
Experience within health, wellness, personal care or regulated consumer categories would be beneficial but is not essential.
