A leading and fast-growing professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving new business growth, lead generation, and digital acquisition across the business. Following continued growth and investment in its marketing capabilities, the organisation is looking to execute integrated acquisition strategies, generate leads, and maximise the sales pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with marketing, sales, business development, and wider business teams to support ambitious commercial growth.

The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of the organisation's performance marketing activity, leading the development, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across paid search, paid social, digital advertising, email, and other acquisition channels. Working closely with content, communications, and business development teams, you will help create compelling campaign assets and ensure a consistent, compliant, and data-driven approach across all channels.

The successful candidate will be an experienced performance marketing professional with a strong background in B2B lead generation, digital acquisition, marketing automation, and campaign optimisation, ideally within professional or financial services. You will possess strong analytical skills, a commercial and data-driven mindset, and demonstrable experience managing paid media activity across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will have a strong understanding of longer B2B sales cycles, multiple stakeholder decision-making, ABM, lead nurturing, and relationship-led marketing.
