This Demand Generation Manager role sits at the centre of a fast-scaling AI-native infrastructure company that enables hardware engineers to build advanced data platforms. Founded by the team behind a championship-winning Formula 1 data platform, the business partners with leading engineering organisations across sectors such as energy, machinery and aerospace. As the company enters its next phase of growth, this role is responsible for building and optimising the operational engine that converts marketing activity into predictable, measurable pipeline.
You will own the systems and processes that underpin all demand generation activity, including CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, ensuring seamless lead flow, strong data hygiene and accurate attribution across channels. A significant part of the role involves building and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear visibility on channel performance, pipeline contribution and ROI.
You will also lead end-to-end campaign execution across paid, organic, outbound and partner channels, as well as managing events strategy and delivery, including budgeting, vendors and performance tracking. Alongside this, you will continuously identify and run experiments to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency, working closely with sales and leadership to ensure full alignment on revenue outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in demand generation or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technical product environment, with a strong focus on pipeline rather than vanity metrics. You will be highly comfortable working with marketing systems and analytics tools, and confident operating in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments where priorities can shift quickly. A strong analytical mindset, combined with curiosity around AI-driven tools and a willingness to adapt based on data, is essential.
