The Head of Creative Studio role is fully office based in London. You will be a key and influential leadership hire, acting as a strategic partner to senior marketing stakeholders and shaping the future of the organisation’s creative output.
You will be responsible for translating business and brand objectives into compelling creative direction, delivering impactful campaigns and managing a high performing and growing team. The key responsibilities are:
- Strategy and Execution: Translating brand and commercial objectives into a clear creative vision and roadmap, delivering integrated campaigns and content across digital, social, web, video, print, events, and broadcast channels.
- Creative Excellence and Delivery: Leading the end-to-end creative process from concept through to production, ensuring all output is high quality, on-brief, on-brand, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Team Leadership and Culture: Managing and mentoring a team of designers, building a collaborative, high-performing culture across an international team environment. You will plan future growth of the team and be responsible for adopting new technologies.
- Brand Governance and Compliance: Ensuring all creative adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders where necessary.
- Innovation and Insight: Staying ahead of creative trends and championing the use of AI tools, and technologies, to evolve the creative approach and enhance audience engagement.
