Our client is a leading, investor-backed organisation operating within the commercial property sector, with an established portfolio across the UK.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their marketing function and drive greater customer acquisition through a more data-led, performance-focused approach.
Reporting directly into Marketing Leadership, the Growth Marketing Manager will take ownership of the organisation’s DTC marketing strategy, leading a data-driven, full-funnel approach to customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
This is a high-impact contract opportunity, with the potential to transition into a permanent position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact within a growing organisation.
Working closely with an external performance agency and internal leasing, development, asset and business modelling teams, you will lead the optimisation of paid media channels, improve conversion performance, and identify new opportunities to scale customer acquisition.
Through robust analytics, customer insights and a test-and-learn approach, you will help shape marketing activity around measurable commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished growth, digital or performance marketing professional with strong experience managing and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns.
You possess deep channel expertise across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Linked In, alongside a strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, campaign attribution and performance reporting.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, as well as CRM, email marketing and automation tools, is highly desirable.
Commercially minded and analytically strong, you will be comfortable working with agency partners, translating customer behaviour into actionable campaigns, and identifying innovative ways to improve acquisition and engagement.
Experience within a DTC or agency environment would be advantageous, while commercial property experience is not essential.
