Most organisations talk about being data-led and customer-first. Few actually are. We’re partnering with a high-performing, challenger B2C organisation that has already built one of the most effective marketing functions in its category and is now looking for a senior leader to scale that into sustained growth.
This role owns the entire demand engine from first engagement through to conversion with a clear mandate to translate strategy into measurable performance. You’ll lead across performance marketing, CRM, digital experience and brand, building a joined-up system that actually drives outcomes.
A key part of the challenge is engaging digitally native, highly sceptical youth audiences and understanding how they discover, evaluate and make decisions in an increasingly AI-influenced landscape.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience building or leading end-to-end growth / acquisition engines
- Strong expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, data and conversion optimisation
- Experience engaging younger / digitally native audiences (Gen Z / emerging consumers)
- Comfortable operating across both brand and performance
- Commercially sharp, outcome-focused and hands-on
- Background is open to marketers with B2C experience: consumer brands or services, marketplace, tech, media, EdTech or progressive environments within complex organisations.
Why this role:
- Real ownership of growth and performance
- Opportunity to build a modern, data-led engine properly
- High visibility and a clear pathway into broader leadership
If you’re doing good work but feel constrained by legacy thinking or siloed structures, this is worth a conversation.
