The Brand Director is a critical leadership hire, responsible for building and leading a high-performing central brand team with a clear focus on brand operations. It is essential that you have extensive experience in brand specific roles where you’ve been responsible for setting brand operations strategy, overseeing brand measurement and governance and team management in a B2C environment.
Key elements of the role:
- Operating Model & Execution Excellence: Designing and implementing a unified brand operating system, establishing governance frameworks and clear guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant execution from brief to deployment.
- Efficiency & Delivery: Driving operational rigour through capacity planning, sprint and traffic management, and defined turnaround times to reduce rework and accelerate speed-to-market, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Technology & AI Enablement: Leading the adoption and scaling of brand technologies and AI-powered workflows.
- Planning & Performance: Leading annual and quarterly brand planning with clear OKRs, managing agency and vendor relationships, and embedding robust measurement frameworks to track brand health, operational efficiency, and ROI.
