Ben jij persoonlijk begeleider en wil je werken met veel vrijheid en afwisseling? Voor de flexpool in Noordwijk en omgeving zoeken wij enthousiaste begeleiders die per direct beschikbaar zijn voor 16 tot 32 uur per week. Je hebt de keuze uit een detacheringscontract, een 0-uren contract of het werken via bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Heb je vragen of wil je meer weten? Wat ga je doen?
Als persoonlijk begeleider flexpool ondersteun je cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Je kunt werken met mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking, maar ook met cliënten die intensievere begeleiding nodig hebben. Doordat je op verschillende locaties inzetbaar bent, is geen dag hetzelfde en kun je breed ervaring opdoen.
Wat deze functie uniek maakt, is dat je volledige regie hebt over je rooster. Via een handig plansysteem schrijf je je maandelijks zelf in op de diensten die het beste bij jou passen. Zo houd je een goede balans tussen werk en privé en kun je jouw baan flexibel afstemmen op je persoonlijke situatie. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om te ontdekken welke doelgroepen jou het meest aanspreken.
Wij vragen:
- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van Zorg & Welzijn;
- Ervaring in de begeleiding van cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking is een pre, maar geen vereiste;
- Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om je snel in te werken op verschillende locaties;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een betrokken houding;
- Een open en empathische manier van werken, waarbij de cliënt altijd centraal staat.
