We’re now looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Credit & Cash Manager to support our Transactional Finance function. This role plays a key part in managing cashflow, reducing credit risk and ensuring the timely and accurate flow of customer payments across multiple entities. Reporting to the Group Transactional Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily cash activities, customer account management & payment processes, statement runs, account reconciliations, operational data imports and financial data integrity—helping to strengthen our liquidity position and contribute to a high‑performing Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple bank accounts, including daily cash posting.
- Oversee Direct Debit collections across multiple entities.
- Prepare and distribute customer statement runs.
- Maintain and manage customer rebate schedules.
- Import transactions from operational systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter, update, and maintain financial data within the automated accounts system.
- Complete credit card reconciliations across the Group.
- Support timely collection of monies owed and maintain accurate customer account records.
Qualifications
- Background in Cash Collection or Accounts Receivable with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Excellent Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data efficiently.
- Strong reporting skills, able to highlight issues clearly and help drive effective resolutions.
- Excellent communicator—comfortable engaging with senior managers, team members and customers in a professional manner.
- Proactive and determined, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- High accuracy, strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to workload.
- Experience using finance / ERP systems (Business Central experience is a plus).
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative Finance team.
