About The Role
As a Senior Developer at TM Group, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable applications. You will lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Working closely with architects, product managers, and developers, you will translate technical requirements into effective solutions while championing best coding practices.
In this role, you will evaluate and implement new technologies, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges. This role is fully remote with occasional travel for team days to our Swindon office.
With a 20-year history, we are well known as a property search provider. But following recent Private Equity acquisition, we are now on a journey to position ourselves as a technology-driven property partner, leading the way in creating digital solutions that make property transactions easier for everyone.
