We're looking for a Development Team Lead to take ownership of one of our core engineering teams at an exciting point in its evolution.

The team has its roots in a small, entrepreneurial business and is now maturing into a more structured, effective delivery function within tm Group - and we need someone who can bring that structure while keeping the energy and pace that got it here.

This is a hands-on leadership role - expect around a 30/70 split between contributing code and leading your team.

You'll manage an offshore development team (currently 3 - 5 people, with scope to flex as we grow), running regular check ins, setting direction, and making sure delivery stays sharp, structured and aligned to tm Group's ways of working.
