- Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews of mortgage and protection advice files.
- Spot trends, recurring issues, and potential risks across adviser submissions.
- Provide constructive feedback to advisers, helping them improve their practices.
- Investigate complaint cases, analyse root causes, and support resolution.
- Work closely with the complaints team to ensure fair customer outcomes.
- Contribute to thematic reviews, compliance investigations, and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and strengthen our compliance oversight framework.
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations for mortgages, protection, and complaints (including DISP).
- Previous experience in compliance file checking, oversight, or complaints handling.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical findings clearly.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and highly organised.
