As a Fund Services, Senior Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients and serve as a trusted partner for their administrative and operational needs. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, strong client relationships, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive operational efficiency, support business objectives, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team while overseeing a portfolio of fund clients;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading service review meetings and maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Lead the delivery of fund administration services, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines;
  • Support business development initiatives, client onboarding activities, and relationships with key intermediaries;
  • Recruit, coach, mentor and develop junior team members;
  • Ensure compliance with fund documentation, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Review client deliverables and communications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to the four-eyes principles;
  • Drive operational efficiency through effective workload management, resource allocation, and process improvements;
  • Lead client fee collection processes and support the financial management of client relationships;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience managing teams within Private Equity, Fund Administration, or Corporate Services;
  • Strong knowledge of private equity structures, corporate administration, and governance requirements;
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service;
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks;
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement;
  • STEP, CGI/ICSA, or a similar professional qualification is considered an advantage.
