We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead – Financial Services to lead the marketing efforts for our financial services segment, comprising of our Funds services, Capital Markets services and Private Wealth and Family Offices services business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the marketing strategy for TMF Group’s financial services globally.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns combining digital and traditional tactics.
  • Manage and execute events, webinars, and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Drive impactful marketing initiatives, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across business units and geographies.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns using digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, within the financial services or fund industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Empathetic leadership style with experience in people and project management.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment.
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results.
