An exciting opportunity to join our school and be part of a well-established and respected multi academy trust. We are looking to appoint a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our friendly administrative team, covering maternity leave.

Hours: 25 hours a week for 39 weeks per year. Monday - Wednesday 9am - 1pm, Thursday & Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Pro rata salary: £15,528 - £15,775 pa

Job overview: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
