Kestrel Mead Primary Academy is seeking a Child Centred Teaching Assistant (TA) for a 1-year fixed term post. The role involves working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.10am to 3.10pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
We are looking for someone who can enhance pupils’ education, life skills, and emotional wellbeing, supporting those who experience barriers to learning. The ideal candidate will:

- Thrive within a busy classroom environment, interacting with children through play.
- Work collaboratively within a team to make a positive difference to children and their development.
The salary range for this position is £20,187 - £20,508 for those with under 5 years of experience, and £20,641 - £20,970 for those with over 5 years of experience with LCC or TMET.
