What We’re Looking For
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- A professional, caring, and flexible approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
This role will focus on assessment, attendance and behaviour data, transforming raw data into actionable insights and empowering our Trust and its academies to make well-informed decisions. The role is pivotal in unlocking the value of data by employing analytical techniques, statistical methods, and data visualisation. Additionally supporting the maintenance of data in, and extracting data from, school MIS systems.
This role requires:
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Essential)
- A working knowledge of data and MIS systems (Essential)
- Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas: identifying and implementing data capture systems, bringing data together from a variety of sources and able to create bespoke analysis for different stakeholders. (Essential)
- Educated to a degree level, related degree preferred. (Desirable)
As our Data Analyst, you’ll be able to take pride in contributing towards key decisions of both the Trust and its academies. You’ll have access to training and professional development opportunities within this post, building on key skills to ensure you have a comprehensive and full working knowledge of relevant tasks required.
We are offering applicants the choice of either a full-time post or term time plus 1 week (salary will be determined accordingly). Both options are 37 hours per week. This post will be paid at Grade 6 Points 15-18 and will be pro-rata’d to reflect your chosen contract.
This post is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. Applicants will therefore need to have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
