About the Role

We are excited to appoint an enthusiastic Community Project Officer to join our welcoming and ambitious team Central Team within The Mead Educational Trust (TMET). This role will focus on creating, delivering and evaluating impactful community projects that advance the Mead2030 vision, improving education, wellbeing, family support, and reducing poverty and vulnerability across our communities.

  • Confidence in recruiting, training, and motivating volunteers and interns while embedding organisational values.
  • A clear commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and confidentiality across all areas of work.
  • The ability to act as a positive ambassador, representing the organisation at meetings, networks, and community forums and contributing to programme development.
