We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at Fosse Mead Academy.
Maternity cover until 31st March 2027
Working Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 3.30pm, Friday Term Time plus 1 week including INSET Days (39 weeks per annum)
Job Overview: A unique opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the admin team at Fosse Mead Academy, as part of The Mead Educational Trust.
Job Requirements:
- To provide a high standard “front of house” service to all visitors, pupils and staff including telephone conversations and face-to-face discussions.
- To support the school in achieving positive and effective lines of communication and offering assistance/help/advice to visitors, staff, pupils, parents, outside agencies and the local community.
- To produce and manage data (e.g. Bromcom) and create reports as required for management and external services (e.g. related to attendance or admissions).
