The Family Support Worker role involves building trusting professional relationships with the hardest to reach students and targeted families in order for them to overcome any challenges they face and with a view to re-engaging them with their education and breaking down barriers to attendance and engagement. The successful candidate should be able to engage, motivate and support children, staff and parents.
We are looking to recruit a Family Support Worker to join our passionate and progressive Inclusion Team, to work in conjunction with the senior leadership team to improve the attendance and engagement of targeted students by providing focused practical and emotional support to those with complex needs.
We are looking to appoint a positive and enthusiastic person to join our highly supportive and growing team, who wants to work in a school where:
