We are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe serving a broad selection of in-stock electronic, electromechanical, industrial automation components as well as workplace equipment. With more than 30 years of experience, we are constantly developing and entering new markets. Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries, 9 in Europe and 3 overseas. We employ over 1500 people and send our shipments to over 150 countries around the world.
The tasks we want to entrust you with:
- Conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market;
- Processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes;
- Providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
- Maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
- Filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products;
- Analysing the market's needs and requirements;
- Meeting personal and team sales targets;
- Generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives;
- Administration and other office work.
What do we expect:
- MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
- Proficiency in using computer and office software;
- Customer orientation;
- Strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
- Responsibility and self-discipline;
- Experience in administration/secretary tasks.
