Responsibilities

  • To primarily work with cross-functional teams, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers to fulfill the project deliverables.
  • You will be tasked with developing and managing project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitoring of project health.
  • Guide a team to meet the overall objectives of projects.
  • Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided.
  • Gather and collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
  • Assists and supports the interior or architectural design team in planning and designing for projects.
  • Review design requirements and determine best design options for project.
  • To handle customers queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Responsible for coordination and quality standards of presentations, specifications, drawings and FF&E packages.

Qualifications

  • Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related design field/ project/ management.
  • 5+ years of relevant project experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to cope with multiple demands while remaining professional at all times.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication, graphic and organisational skills.
