We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to progress their career in the exciting world of leisure. Whilst undertaking the day-to-day duties of a lifeguard, which includes ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of all areas at all times, you will also have the opportunity to undertake a structured progressive training programme formed around the core elements of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). You may also provide coaching and teaching services to customers.
Based at Tonbridge Swimming Pool, the ideal applicant will be customer focused with a natural ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users. Candidates should ideally hold a current NPLQ or have the ability to pass the qualification. Training for this can be provided for the right candidate.
