We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our Larkfield Leisure Centre team on a full-time basis. Hours will be on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends, day shifts and evenings.
Responsibilities
- The Duty Manager is crucial in supervising the efficient operation of all recreational activities and driving continuous improvement in the management and operation of the Centre.
- Focus will be to motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards of service, enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a busy multi-use site.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety, preferably within a leisure environment.
- Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or ability to pass the qualification.
- Pool Plant Operators Certificate.
- Quality driven, with sound operational, communication and people skills, flexibility, and ability to deliver results.
