Are you passionate about creating scroll-stopping content? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every shoot is an opportunity to tell a story? If you're equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and on the ground at live events, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Content Creator & Videographer to join one of Europe's leading sports nutrition brands. You'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through high-quality video and photography, creating content that inspires our global fitness community across social media, paid campaigns, product launches, website content, events, and more. You'll also leverage AI powered creative tools to enhance ideation, streamline production workflows, and create innovative, AI enhanced content that keeps our brand at the forefront of digital storytelling. This is a hands‑on creative role where no two days are the same. From capturing the energy of major brand events to producing premium product content in our studio, you'll have the opportunity to shape how millions of customers experience the Bulk™ brand.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Capture compelling photo and video content at brand events, athlete shoots, launches, and internal activations.
  • Collaborate with our Studio and Social teams to plan and deliver creative content campaigns.
  • Agile content creation, delivering fast‑turnaround edits for reactive social content while maintaining the craft and quality expected of larger campaign work.
  • Produce high‑quality product photography and videography for social channels, website PDPs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Take ownership of shoots from concept through to delivery, including pre‑production planning, filming, and post‑production.
  • Operate professional camera, lighting, audio, and production equipment to deliver high‑quality content.
  • Edit engaging video content, colour grade footage, mix audio, and create motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Continuously explore new content trends, creative techniques, and platform best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Help evolve the Bulk visual identity by bringing new ideas and creative thinking to every project.
  • Feel confident directing and capturing content with elite athletes, high‑profile ambassadors, and talent, helping them feel comfortable on camera while delivering premium, engaging content.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong experience creating both video and photography content in a commercial environment.
  • Creative concept development, bringing ideas to life from strategy through execution, not just production.
  • AI powered creative production, using tools like Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and create AI enhance content.
  • Performance mindset, understanding what makes content engage, convert, and deliver measurable results, not just look visually appealing.
  • Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent video editing and image editing skills.
  • Confident shooting and professional using lighting equipment.
  • Experience producing content for multiple digital platforms, including social media and e‑commerce.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative storytelling, technical ability, and attention to detail.

WHAT SETS YOU APART?

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for generating new ideas.
  • Experience planning and coordinating content capture for events and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • A genuine passion for fitness, sport, or health and wellness.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience creating content for consumer brands, particularly within lifestyle, fitness, or sports nutrition.
  • Knowledge of emerging social media trends, creators, and content formats.
