An enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our film team for a short contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for film production within a leading creative agency and learn from industry experts. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with a "can-do" attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. No prior experience is necessary.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing support to the Production team, assisting in and learning about all aspects of film production.
  • Assisting with pre-production tasks such as research, location scouting, and casting support.
  • Providing on-set support during filming, including managing equipment, coordinating schedules and acting as on-set runner.
  • Assisting with post-production tasks such as copying rushes, logging footage and organising assets for edit.
  • Maintaining production documentation and ensuring all files are organised and up-to-date.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • General administrative support to the production team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.

What we require from you:

  • An interest in film production and a desire to learn.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
