We’re looking for an experienced Edit Producer who lives and breathes YouTube, someone who knows how to use data-driven insights to shape compelling narratives while staying ahead of the curve on what’s trending.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the post-production process for long-form YouTube content.
- Script or rewrite VO, structure narratives, and supervise edits from assembly to final cut.
- Collaborate with Producers, Editors, and Talent to refine storylines and visual flow.
- Manage multiple projects, keeping everything on schedule and on brand.
- Ensure all edits meet our creative standards and engage our global audience.
- React quickly to feedback and platform trends to optimise content.
- Work with analytics and thumbnails/titles teams to maximise performance.
What will you have done before?
- Experience in post-production, with a strong focus on YouTube formats.
- Proven track record in edit producing or senior editing roles, with YouTube experience.
- Excellent storytelling instincts and a strong understanding of pacing and tone.
- Confidence writing VO/scripts and shaping narratives from raw footage.
- A keen eye for visual detail and content flow.
- Passion for fast cars, tech, and pop culture is a major bonus.
This role is hybrid, based in our Shoreditch, London office, with a requirement to work three days per week in the office.
