  • Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support 3 Directors in the Netflix Talent team, working across the EMEA region (London, Paris and Madrid).

This role will be based in our London offices.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

A high level of organization and excellent communication skills are a must.

We need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work but can identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient.

Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, proactive and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex tasks and calendars for multiple Talent leaders including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Organizing and supporting various team events, including offsites and training sessions. Additional opportunity to help support and staff EMEA wide events/activities when needed.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
  • General admin such as raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, maintaining Google group distribution lists, circulating NDAs/contracts, and consistently updating documents on behalf of the Directors and the wider team.
  • Heavy communication internally and externally.
  • Working closely with the wider EMEA talent team based in the EMEA region.
  • Building strong working relationships with peers and teams in EMEA and UCAN.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting at Director level or above.
  • Experience working with international teams and across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience within an HR function is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort with using online tools.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and an interest in learning how new technologies can support administrative work.
  • Willingness to make informed decisions and propose creative solutions.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
