We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor with an established reputation in delivering large-scale mission critical, industrial, and data centre projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to take on a senior role within a forward-thinking contractor, offering long-term progression, high-profile projects, and a competitive package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, and contractual obligations
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Leading subcontractor negotiations and managing payments
- Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Working closely with project teams to drive value and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level
- Background in mission critical, industrial, or data centre projects (preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/JCT advantageous)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
