We are working with a tier-one main contractor, with a turnover exceeding £1 billion, to recruit a Senior Health & Safety Manager for a high-profile data centre project in Saunderton, Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and enforce robust health and safety procedures across a complex, high-value site
- Lead site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and best practice
- Deliver engaging inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to site personnel
- Support incident investigations and prepare detailed health and safety reports
- Champion a positive health and safety culture, engaging all stakeholders and subcontractors
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager working for a main contractor (essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK construction site practices, CDM regulations, and data centre environments
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- IOSH membership (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- ~£75,000 – £85,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
