Key Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering and groundworks projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
- Valuations, variations, and final accountsSupporting project teams to ensure commercial success and efficiency
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or groundworks
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project lifecycles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ambition to grow within a high-performing commercial team
