We’re representing a leading construction main contractor with a strong presence across the UK, known for delivering complex, high-value build projects. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Coordinator based in Hull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone with site-based experience in construction (e.g. site management, project management, or engineering) who is looking to develop their career by working closely alongside a Project Director on major schemes.

The Role:

  • As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the Project Director across all phases of project delivery.
  • From attending meetings and managing documentation to supporting progress tracking and site coordination, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of delivering high-value construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Director in day-to-day project delivery
  • Attend site meetings and take detailed notes/actions
  • Help with document control, scheduling, and reporting
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider site team
  • Gain hands-on exposure to all elements of managing a construction site

About You:

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Degree qualified in construction, engineering or related field (ideal but not essential)
  • Or, site experience in roles such as Assistant Site Manager, Site Engineer, or PM support
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in progressing within the construction industry
