Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineering)
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire (Alternative Sites include Southam, Bicester, Aylesbury)
Salary: Up to £75,000
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects, including road re-alignment and bridge construction. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new Midlands division of a national civils company with plans for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil engineering projects, including a £5m road re-alignment and £2m bridge scheme.
- Oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of the projects.
- Lead the site team, including Site Agent and Senior Works Manager.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.
- Report to the Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in civil engineering, particularly in roads, highways, structures, and utilities.
- HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Ability to manage site teams and take responsibility for project delivery.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £75,000 base salary + Package
- Opportunity to progress within a growing national civils company.
- Part of a new division aiming to increase turnover from £400m to £700m in the next 3-4 years.
Working Hours & Location:
