We’re working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Pre-Construction Manager for their regional office in Leeds. With a strong order book of major schemes between £50m and £150m, they’re looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in main contracting and large-scale project delivery.
The Role
As Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll take the lead during the bid and pre-construction phases of high-profile schemes. You will coordinate internal departments, external consultants, and clients to ensure smooth progression from tender through to start on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead pre-construction activity across multiple bids
- Engage with design, estimating, and commercial teams to drive submissions
