A leading UK main contractor is seeking an exceptional Project Director to oversee major data centre and industrial projects across the Buckinghamshire region. This is a senior leadership position suited to someone with a proven ability to drive large-scale, mission‑critical schemes from pre‑construction through to delivery and handover.
The Role:
As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects valued between £50m–£150m. You will provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensure adherence to programme, quality and budget, and act as the key client interface throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of large‑scale data centre and industrial projects (£50m–£150m).
- Oversee construction strategy, sequencing, and project governance.
- Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and compliance.
- Drive excellence in safety, quality, programme management and commercial performance.
