An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a world-class infrastructure team, working on high-value landmark schemes for some of the biggest global companies, including Google, Amazon, Nike, Rolls Royce, and Aston Martin. This role offers a rare chance to shadow and support an industry-leading Project Director, gaining hands-on experience and fast-track career progression into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the right-hand person to the Project Director, assisting in the delivery of mega infrastructure/build projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including trackers, meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site walks, ensuring project milestones are met and identifying any issues.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on key action points.
  • Assist in stakeholder communication and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and key partners.
  • Support in project planning, risk assessment, and overall project execution.
