We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a leading construction company specialising in the industrial and logistics sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth management and flow of project documentation across high-profile developments.
The Role
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing the distribution of technical documents, and ensuring compliance with company and client procedures. You will act as a central point of contact for document control processes, supporting project teams in delivering efficient and well organised construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project-related documents from design through to completion
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and distributed to the relevant stakeholders
- Maintain document management systems, ensuring compliance with company and client standards
- Support project teams with document queries and provide training where required
