Estimator / Senior Estimator Location: Coventry Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + Car/Allowance + Package A respected main contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their commercial team, working on a wide range of schemes across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Projects typically sit between £2m–£35m , covering education, healthcare, commercial, and community sectors. This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive and growing team , with a clear path for career development and the autonomy to make a real impact on the success of tenders. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate cost estimates for both competitive tenders and negotiated projects. Liaise with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams to understand project scope and requirements. Engage with supply chain partners to ensure competitive and complete pricing. Lead elements of the bid process and present value-engineering options where appropriate. &##128269; What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience working as an Estimator within a main contractor environment. Strong commercial and contractual awareness. Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
