Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Package

A respected and established main contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of four live construction projects across the Midlands, primarily within the public sector. With individual project values ranging from £5m to £30m, you’ll be joining a business that prides itself on delivering complex builds with a reputation for quality, safety, and innovation.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring each site operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and mentoring project teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the delivery of 4 concurrent projects across the Northampton to Leamington Spa corridor
• Lead and manage site-based teams and project managers
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all H&S, quality, and programme requirements
• Manage commercial performance with the support of a QS team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within a main contracting environment
• Strong background in delivering public sector projects (education, healthcare, civic buildings, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Tier 1 main contractor background is highly advantageous
• Ideally based near Daventry or within commutable distance to cover sites between Northampton and Leamington Spa
