We are working with a leading main contractor specialising in Hyperscale Data Centre projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and experienced CSA Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in London.
The Role:
As CSA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, taking ownership of site activities and driving progress on major industrial builds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Monitor programme, budget, and quality of works
- Chair site meetings and liaise with the project team
- Provide leadership and direction to site staff and trades
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or large commercial builds
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (essential)
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver high-quality projects
