We are working with a leading billion-pound civil engineering contractor seeking a Site Engineer to join their expanding infrastructure division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on multi-million-pound flagship highways and earthworks projects in Rugby and Towcester.
You will join a business known for delivering some of the most complex and high-profile infrastructure schemes in the UK with a strong focus on innovation, safety, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day engineering of large-scale earthworks and highways sites
- Set out, level, and survey the site using GPS and total stations
- Ensure that all materials, work, and site activities comply with technical drawings and specifications
- Liaise with subcontractors, supervisors, and the design team
- Maintain accurate records including QA checks, as-builts, and site diaries
- Support the site management team in health & safety, risk assessments, and method statements
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
