About Us:
We are a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover exceeding £1 billion, delivering high-specification Data Centre and Industrial build projects across the UK and Europe. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller to join our project delivery team in a site-based role.
All project sites are within one hour of Slough, and this position offers excellent long-term development opportunities within a fast-paced, expanding organisation.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Document Control, you will play a key role in managing the flow of information on live construction sites. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and supporting the wider site and design teams in controlling project documentation.
This role offers significant scope for progression into a Senior Document Controller position.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all controlled documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules

Ensure document control processes are consistently followed across all sites

Use document control systems such as BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to track, issue, and manage project documentation

Support project teams by ensuring version control and document accuracy

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and distribution of documents

Maintain logs, trackers, and audit trails in line with QA requirements

Assist with site administration duties as required
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a Document Controller role within the construction sector

Working knowledge of BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) highly desirable
