Assistant Design Manager in Princes Risborough

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of design deliverables in line with construction programmes and client requirements

• Assist in the coordination of design activities among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams

• Monitor and track key design milestone progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance

• Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings, documenting actions and supporting effective follow-up

• Provide timely support to the project team with necessary design information to enable efficient construction delivery

• Support the BIM coordination process alongside the in-house BIM team

• Review and track construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals

• Assist with the preparation and compilation of the as-built design package in collaboration with the project team

• Conduct periodic site visits to support quality assurance and adherence to design intent

• Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly design status reports
