Role Overview:
As an Adoptions Engineer / Coordinator, youll play a critical role in ensuring all documentation and technical submissions related to new development adoptions are completed accurately and efficiently. You\’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager and liaise with local councils to manage the successful adoption of roads and infrastructure on residential housing sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit adoption packs for roads and sewers (S38, S104, etc.)

Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance and approval of technical submissions.

Track and manage the progress of adoptions across multiple housing developments.
