We’re amid a digital transformation journey, with loads of opportunity for a new team member to make a big impact.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor website performance (e.g. website traffic, traffic sources, page engagement, conversion rates) and make ongoing recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide analytics, insights and reporting back into the marketing team and to our internal stakeholders.
  • SEO end-to-end: technical (site architecture, crawl health, schema), on-page, content and off-site.
  • Map, simplify and optimise web user journeys for prospects and existing Members.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure a seamless user experience that is on brand and delivers high conversion rates.
  • CRO/testing: plan and run A/B tests (including on pages, CTAs and forms). Analyse results, make recommendations and deliver ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure web leads flow cleanly into Marketo/Salesforce, with the right level of data capture and correct attribution.
  • Governance of content management strategy, making sure we’re using appropriate taxonomy, meta data and tags.
  • Partner with stakeholders to write insightful and accurate content that speaks to potential and current members, partners and sponsors.
  • Support website updates on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Develop, articulate and embed marketing requirements into the wider TM Forum digital strategy.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ SEO/CRO-heavy web experience in a B2B/tech landscape.
  • Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEO tools and a website testing tool.
  • Comfortable in a CMS platform; basic HTML/CSS preferred.
  • Understanding of Marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce) a plus.
  • Growth or experiment methodology experience a plus.
  • Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation.
  • Business‑level copywriting skills, with a strong eye for SEO.
  • Design and Canva skills are a plus but not required.
  • A "can‑do" attitude, and collaborative approach.
