About the role
TM Forum is the global industry member alliance for telco and tech companies with over 800 communication service providers, vendors, hyperscalers, consultancies and system integrators, including the world’s top ten CSPs and top three hyperscalers. The TM Forum marketing team sets the brand strategy, creates and delivers our go-to-market initiatives, supports lines of business and events, and drives member value through engaging campaigns and communications. We’re looking for a savvy, proactive and engaged Web & SEO Manager to own SEO, GEO, CRO, and journey optimisation across our website and microsites, partnering with Integrated Marketing, Design and our Data & Digital Experience (DTDX) team to deliver ongoing measurable improvements. What you’ll do
- Monitor website performance (e.g. website traffic, traffic sources, page engagement, conversion rates) and make ongoing recommendations for improvement.
- Provide analytics, insights and reporting back into the marketing team and to our internal stakeholders.
- SEO end-to-end: technical (site architecture, crawl health, schema), on-page, content and off-site.
- Map, simplify and optimise web user journeys for prospects and existing Members.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure a seamless user experience that is on brand and delivers high conversion rates.
- CRO/testing: plan and run A/B tests (including on pages, CTAs and forms). Analyse results, make recommendations and deliver ongoing improvements.
- Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure web leads flow cleanly into Marketo/Salesforce, with the right level of data capture and correct attribution.
- Governance of content management strategy, making sure we’re using appropriate taxonomy, meta data and tags.
- Partner with stakeholders to write insightful and accurate content that speaks to potential and current members, partners and sponsors.
- Support website updates on behalf of the marketing team.
- Develop, articulate and embed marketing requirements into the wider TM Forum digital strategy.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years’ SEO/CRO-heavy web experience in a B2B/tech landscape.
- Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEO tools and a website testing tool.
- Comfortable in a CMS platform; basic HTML/CSS preferred.
- Understanding of Marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce) a plus.
- Growth or experiment methodology experience a plus.
- Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation.
- Business‑level copywriting skills, with a strong eye for SEO.
- Design and Canva skills are a plus but not required.
- A "can‑do" attitude, and collaborative approach.
- Fluent in English (other languages are very welcome!).
